PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for Handmade by Kat items must be made in full by the customer via Zelle or PayPal or Square Payment prior to the production of any customer custom item or the shipment of any in-stock item. Payment-in-full includes price of item, transaction fee, shipping and handling cost, and sale tax. SHIPPING POLICY
Handmade by Kat items could ship across the 48 continental United States. Items are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Small-Medium-Large) Flat Rate Box. Total cost to the customer for shipping includes the Flat Rate Box cost plus a handling charge based on item(s) shipped. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Expedited FedEx or other delivery may be arranged; please click on Contact link or email kathleen@handmadebykat.org for shipping questions.
RETURN POLICY
Handmade by Kat has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the shipping or pickup date to request a return. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs related to any eligible return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned and received unworn or unused in the same condition that you received it, and your invoice or receipt must note that the item is eligible for return. Regardless of invoice or receipt language, certain items are not eligible for return, such as custom embroidered, designed, or personalized items. Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your item, please inspect and contact Handmade by Kat immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: Handmade by Kat will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded typically via your original payment method. Please remember it could take 5-10 business days for a refund to process.
